You are onto something. We have thousands of permanently injuried employess that are legitimate victims of crimes. The employees subject themselves to ongoing harassment and intimidation from incarcerated felons. QA and other state policies are directly responsible for these continued assaults on staff. It is time we collectly organize a class action suit against the DJJ and individual centers and management. It is only through litigation will we see any equitable policies that protect the State of Florida, the victims of crimes and the people who have the difficult job of managing offenders. Let's get started!!!
